We really hope that you are pleased with your purchases but if there is a problem we are happy to refund or exchange items if returned within 28 days of purchase. This excludes personalised and customised products. This period can be extended at Christmas time, and if you find you are unable to return the goods within this period (due to illness, holidays etc) please email Suzanne at who will be able to help you. 
Unless the item is faulty, please ensure that the goods are returned unused, and in the condition that they were despatched. We will not be able to accept soiled items, so please ensure that when you are trying on rugs etc that you use a clean sheet under the rug to prevent it from getting covered in hairs and grease.
Please re-package the goods in the original packaging ensuring that the original labels are attached.
Please complete our Returns Form, and state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
Please return the goods via the Post Office or other courier, and ensure that:
  • You obtain proof of posting
  • That the goods are insured against loss or damage.
